Avoid 'Fair Guide' Scam
It's been brought to our attention that an organization by the name of Fair Guide (Construct Data Publishers Verlag GmbH) has been using the Dealer Expo® show name and Advanstar Communications, Inc.'s name to solicit companies to sign up for a "free" listing in its Fair Guide Directory. We'd like to draw to your attention to the fine print of the Fair Guide solicitation. Buried within the fine print you should note that Fair Guide charges a substantial fee for their service and the order you place is irrevocable unless revoked by registered letter within ten days of the date of order. Our recommendation is to discard any forms asking you to sign up for their directory services. If you feel the Fair Guide will be beneficial to your business, before signing up for this directory listing, we encourage you to visit the following sites for more information on how this directory works:
